Congrats!! Nice app spree

I jumped out of the garden to get the loan on a new mortgage, but I knew it would happen when I joined. Now I'm waiting for the docs to be recorded and then I'll need to request CLI from Home Depot, for home fix-ups and flooring; then I'll need to finance an end-of-lease car. I don't have to turn in the car or finance it until December, but I don't want to add new bills that might prevent me from financing the car. So I may finance it early.
