Reading all yes Credit Line increases made me want to try also. It may not be a huge victory but in my rebuilding every climb upward no matter how small matters.
Woohooooo I just requested a soft pull credit increase in my Kohl's card. I had an initial of $300 opened almost 6 months ago. Heavy spend. Got to ❤️ that cash back. They increased me to $700. (I keep clawing my way back) trying to get my 2 capital ones credit increases up. My scores are now apx 670 give our take both ways in Fico 8.
Sad in my ❤️ that I didn't get increases on my Quicksilver or Savor One.
Still trying to get back in with Amex and Discover (I made them both whole again so I keep trying.) I love my Navy Fed couple months ago auto increase too 2k. I have Ally but I am at their mercy of increases last one at the 6 month mark only $100 increase ... I'm making money on them... never a balance. Then there is Mission Lane again only a $100 increase and I refuse to use the card because of that. I had their card since October. I put my heaviest spend on it only 2nd to Capital One Quick Silver at time. I have no perks so now they can just sit with mo usage.... I'm going to close it when hits the annual fee cause I am not allowed to product change... hate how long it took to for payments to post also. Even their supposed free score is vantage but every 3 months. Seriously not cool. Wondering if I call to close if they try to keep me with an enticement. Doubt it. We will see when time comes. Which should be soon.
Hoping one day Kohl's will convert to bank card version. Positive Frequencies requested and one day God willing money will come my way. I want plastics and to have work done to my home. I am always helping out everyone and putting myself last. I am thinking Karma in a great and massive way needs to come back to me... but I have to make more effort as well. Always giving and helping everyone has hurt my wallet. Now is the time for me!
Congrats on your progress upwards. 🥳

Congratulations on your CLI's!! You are doing great!
Congrats. A 133% CLI is very
nice.
Well done, congratulations on a nice bump!

Congrats on the Kohls CLI!
Keep up with it and you can try for a CLI every 6 months with them. I was like you, started with a small $300 limit when I opened the card in December of 2021, but after multiple soft pull CLI requests every 6 months, the limit is $2500. So you will get there!
Thank you. I see you closed your Mission Lane. I'm trying for one more credit increase(cross fingers). If I get it I'm closing mine too. It's horrible. I appreciate it early gave me a portion of my credit line. Honestly, I don't know what their end game is? Is like there is no benefit other than the line... no rewards .... tinest credit increase... no score but the vantage every three months. SMH! I'm trying to get a line increase on my Navy Fed. I could of applied for another card but want to marinate right now. Meaning I just want to weed and fertilize what I have currently.
Thank you for the accolades.
