Has this ever happen to anyone with discover

So I've been wanting a discover card for awhile. I kept getting preappovals in the mail... so one day being bored I said let's give this a try.... Approved for 14k!!!! But today I get my welcome to discover email n the amount says 12k.... was my eyes playing tricks on me or what?? It's still a good amount I'm just asking.

You seem to got a CSR type sl, for Discover anyway. One thing i dont like about Discover is how they "accidentally" show you one thing or send you something, but then act like it never happened. BUT, in your case a 12k starter is an amazing feat. Enjoy

Oh OP, give them a call. They'll correct it. Last month, when I got my instant $1,500 CLI, I logged into my account two days later, and instead of $5K TCL, it was something weird like $4,560. I called them immediately and spoke to a wonderful CSR. She pulled up my record and saw my TCL should have been $5K and corrected it immediately. She said she didn't know why the correct amount wasn't showing. She even stayed on the line while I logged into my account to make sure it updated. I'm almost positive the same thing will happen for you. Just give them a call, and a super big CONGRATULATIONS to you on a great SL.
