Perhaps, there's something a bit off with his membership credentials (that's where the 'horror stories' come from,
normally as long as the path of membership is legit, it'll be fine.
Sounds like credit profile isn't the issue, moreso some secondary I.D. stuff...shouldn't be a big deal.
