So, I just applied for this card and was approved for $10,000 but it's not the MC version and I already accepted, is there anything I can do about it?
I don't know much about it.
Generally if you accept something, then it's yours. Even if you don't want it and cancel immediately, you already got the hard pull on your credit and a new account that will be on your credit for 10 years or so. Might as well use it and make the best of it.
To the best of my understanding, the non-MC version is only good at the doctors, dentists, and vets on their list (which is an extensive list, I believe). You get the 0% offers for big purchases.
The MC version gets rewards for purchases that don't qualify for the 0% deals. I don't think the non-MC version gets those (but I'm not positive). And of course it can be used anywhere they take MasterCard.
Can it be upgraded to the MC version at a later date? I don't know.

The good news:
You can still use the nonMC version at: Walgreens, RiteAIDE, Walmart Pharmacy, Most Vets for pets, and various Dentists, Eye Docs, and Medical expenses.
My nonMC version has been very handy for all the above.
I've also used it with 0%apy 6mo, 12mo and a 24mo promo for medical and dental procedures for my whole family.
Embrace it. Even though its the nonMC version you can still leverage it in your medical and emergency card deck.

Call and ask before making any purchases with it.
Outside of calling them to ask if you can be approved for the MC.....
Congratulations on your Approval!!👏🏼🍾🥂
Congratulations @Jjazzyb! I've been eyeing this card (Std or MC) for a while now, to add to what @Drifter73 calls the "medical and emergency card deck".

It can be upgrade but they decide that. My parents had the non-mc for a few years and they were upgraded to the mc version this year. What the criteria is ... no clue.
But I seen first hand that They do indeed upgrade if you fit the criteria.

CAREFUL.... I had $20K for the past 2 years... Rarely/Never used it--had it 'locked' the past 6 months using it solely for lowering my utilization--they apparently do not like this! They just cancelled it without any notice....

You stated rarely/never used it. <- that's what they don't like.
I use mine at least once every 3 months. If its not a doc, eye, dentist for a family member, its Walgreens or Walmart Pharmacy purchase. If I had a pet. I would use it at a vet.
One just has to remember to use it every once in a while and synchrony will leave you alone.
Been doing just fine with mine with occasional use (4+ years and counting).

Congratulations!
