I opened an account about 2 years ago with HMbradley, and put $25 in it. No direct deposit, and no subsequent deposit. I was targeting their pre-approval credit card offer that they refresh once a month. I almost never logged in, but would check the online portal every couple months just to see. They also give you your vantage credit score monthly as well. Anyway. I got an email saying "hey! Your approval is here" so I figured what harm could it give me. The obviously know I already like credit cards. They offer a 3-2-1 cash back system, which is great for a single card setup and the percentage can be increased with more savings and more direct deposit. Although it does have a $60 af waived the first year.
Approved 13050k (yes, $50... guess that means i squeezed everything out). Instant card number available in the app. Strange how the randomly decided it was time, when my credit was better a year ago 🤣🤣
