Home Depot Approval + Recon for CLI Bump.

Was pre approved for Home Depot yesterday went ahead and app'd today (closed on the house at 3pm) got a SL of $701 (thought that the $1 was very odd). So called the back door number and recon'd for a CLI, asked for $15k they came back with $7500 and gave me 6 additional months at 0%.

i just did a recon with home depot, they gave $2000.00 limit org., then i called the back door number, i got a rep, then transfered me to another rep, they used same credit pull, i asked for $10,000.00, after a few questions and a few minutes on hold they increased the credit limit to $5000.00, i'll take it to start with, sometimes it pays to just ask, the worse thing they could say is no! the funny thing is, i've tried for a home depot card several times over the years with high credit scores and they would always turn me down, but now the door is open with citibank, good luck with everyone else!
