Congratulations on your approval!
I kind of lump the big five banks together and try to avoid them if I can. Chase and US Bank are probably the least evil of them, but I try to find better options if possible. I know a lot of people will tell me "take their money and run" and I get that, but I would rather just not have the headache of jumping around for a slightly better cash back rate. I did the math and at most I could get a few hundred bucks more per year in cash back by going with one of the big five, but I just don't think it's worth the hassle. I kind of see it like a 2015 Ford Focus: it's a cute little car at a great price with lots of features, but that transmission IS going to fail. And Ford won't have your back when it does. I just don't want to bother with it.

I learned that lesson years ago when one of the local Ford dealers botched a repair and subsequently botched the engine rebuild that was required due to that botched repair, FoMoCo tried to pretend that I didn't exist and it took a pending lawsuit where I was under state law entitled to triple damages to reach a solution.
Back on topic though, congrats on the approval, this is the first one for the Voice that I remember seeing here in a while. At one point a few years ago it kind of had a bit of a cult following here and I remember a couple of people had multiples, if I remember right one person had 6(!) of them.
I think it was seven cards, actually. I know this card goes against the grain a bit being a 3% card with no SUB, but I am pretty particular with what I want (and don't want). Plus, if I get a better deal for utilities down the road I can switch categories to grocery or home improvement to pick up 3% at Walmart or Home Depot.

@Varsity_Lu Congrats on your approval!
On the two most evil banks I was surprised the Wells Fargo was not one of the two you mentioned. Lol Also, There is Max Cash which is offered by credit unions and some banks. It is a card whose rewards are very similar to US Bank. This card would also give you 5% on utilities as well.The one credit union that has is Connexus credit union. I have seen others but cannot remember the names.
I think I said those two were the least evil. Undoubtedly WF is the worst.
