Congrats CC
Congrats

Thanks all again.. I would like to thank my slowly improving credit more than myself lol... Ugh how past mistakes make it so painful for years and years, slowly getting myself out of the gutter!

Not really sure why, guess I have just wanted it for awhile for some reason.. I was pre-approved through pop-up. I applied got the 7-10 day message and saw a HP on my EXP which is fine as 1 drops off this month July and put me back at 10 inquires, still not great but it is what it is.. So I was like crud 7-10 day... Anyways, decided to try to create account and it let me
.. So long story short approved for 7k, obviosuly hit the button and got it up to $7800... Guess it isn't a bad limit and deffinetly better than a denial.. I really need to cool off from applying for any more credit for awhile... I will hold off with Chase until the end of the year I guess to get my reports a bit more ideal for a big limit hopefully.
TLDR; Approved for 7800$
Wow... well I guess I'll bring this little diddy back for you! Congratulations btw! Oh, and as far as Chase, you're going to need longer than the end of the year to apply with all those new accounts you've obtained in the last few months ![]()

+1 I didn't want to be the bearer of bad news. Chase is now going back two years to review new accounts
I was denied for that reason alone and I know of one other poster who was denied for same reason

Co-Branded as well? I have the CSP/Freedom.. Still trying to figure out if Co-Branded is impacted, hearing mixed stories... I guess the policy can always change as well or maybe it is hear to stay...
Don't mind bad news, better than wasting inquiries! Just need to know if that is co-branded as well as I hear conflicting info..

I don't know about co-branded cards with Chase. I'm not liking this new policy, but it's one I must live with. My Chase days are over.
