Well I didn't want a capital one card anyway. I just checked out their site. Credit Karma said I had a fair chance with Barclays but I also did research before applying. Thanks for your suggestions I will keep it in mind.
I am just trying to find a card, if not now in a few months to replace Credit One. Then wait till all the baddies fall off.

@Anonymous wrote:First of all, this community is awesome! I've been a long time lurker, and these forums have been so helpful! I screwed my credit up in my early 20's. I didn't really understand what I was doing, and didn't understand the severe consequenses of my outcome. I'm sure some of you have been there before, and heard this before.
Just to give you some background on me, I got a FP credit card Nov 2012 ($300.00), then I got Credit One (400.00, then after one month a CLI of $550.00) in July of 2013, then I acquired the NFL Barclays card in September 13 (started out with $500.00, then bumped too $2000.00 in Feb), and in the same month got the Victoria Secret card through the online cart trick (starting limit $500.00).
In October I closed my FP account because that card is crazy, but it helped me get in with other cards.
I also have a school loan right now that is up too $6,600.00 but I talked to a rep today and I'm going to make payments to get it down. Mandatory payments start in December 2015.
I called AMEX yesterday to try and apply for the Green charge card. That was a no go. I'm wondering if I should apply for the Discover it Card, or I should continue to wait.
I would like to replace my Credit One card because of the fees. I also do not want to get a Capital One card.
My TU Fico score is 650, my FAKO EX 640 and I have no idea what Equifax is... I probably have 6 charge offs, and 3 paid collections.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, I appreciate it.
FYI School loans report as instalment loans and would not affect your revolving CCs utilization. Amex likes to see more history than what you have here especially with negatives on report. If you have not been apping to everyone in sight and racked up a bunch of inquiries I would wait till your oldest reporting card is 1.5 yrs old then go for more credit accounts.. Your oldest appears to be the FP you closed, it is still on record and will be for up to 10 yrs post close. I would also be working to resolve the negatives reporting.
I'm just going to say that you don't need a long credit history to get a card with Amex. If you show you are being responsible with your cards and have no other issues, Amex will give you the chance. I got my Amex cards with only 6 months of credit history.
As far as advice, I would let the Barclays age a couple more months and try applying for a Discover IT. They tend to be more credit friendly with students or people with thin credit files. Also another card you might want to try for is the Sallie Mae card. It's specifically for students and you get 5% back on books, gas, and groceries.
Edit:
Please heed Creditaddicts advice! Do not trust the offers on Credit Karma or any other website that "suggets" you cards.
Hi Twas_Sovereign! I won't be eligible for the Student it card because I goto a community college. I've heard rumors about being offered a secured card from Discover, but not to everyone.

just like capital one, discovercard has a pre-qual link... check it every so often and see if you get any offer.

Maybe you should try a GE card to test the waters.... I have so far concluded that any GE card that I had before that I "settled" on they will not let me have again but I got approved for 76 Gas Card about 6 months from settling the GE cards.
What GE cards did you have before and where would be beneficial for you these days?
I dont remember if I had a GE card. I'm Looking for more of a generic credit card.
