Hey there! So I wasn't a member of Achieva either. I went online, applied for the card, and got an email from a credit processor confirming the approval. She advised that there is a one time membership fee of 15.00 plus 1.00 to open a savings account. So the 16 dollars will be added to my first credit card bill. I also had to email my ID and billing statements for any balance transfers, which are 0% til 12/24. So you can join if approved for the card, by opening a savings account. No referral needed. Give it a shot and if for some reason you need a referral I will hook you up but it shouldn't be needed.
