Against my better judgement I applied for Discover and got an instant approval. I don't know the CL yet and thought about calling to find out but I think I'll just wait for the card to find out.
Being approved for this card wasn't as exciting as being approved for my amex though. I totally grateful for being given a chance with them but I think I'm having a bit of "apper's" remorse. Lol oh well.. what's done is done.
I'm happy I wasn't denied, happy I've been able to get this far in such a short period of time thanks to you all, and I'm grateful for my second chance in the credit world.
Now...which way to the garden?
Congrats on your approval
congrats welcome to the discover family!
Congrates on joining the Discover family. I recall getting turned down and finally getting approved. I end up, finally, having Amex SPG, CSP, Disc It....3 main cards among other smaller ones. I want one more good card to add. I don't know which that one will be.

My SPG, CSP, and Discover IT are my three main cards also, lol.
I do not want anymore cards though. If I were to ever 'trim the fat' then US Bank and Citi would be gone. However, since they are both no AF, I will just SD them.
That's a nice starting limit. It's $200 higher than what I started with and now I'm at $9k. This card can grow and get you some good cash back!

Oh you just wait until you get the card in the mail and say again you're not excited. Spoiler alert: The card packaging blew my mind!
Got my card today and wow... you were totally right! The packaging is so nice! I'm also surprised at how fast it got here. Was approved for my Amex a day or two before Discover and Discover got here first.

I was the same way, for some reason amex has a nice ring to it.
