I don't think it'll be changing.  They usually are pretty quick after the call.  On the Sun Coast card I spoke with a CSR who asked all the questions and referred it back to UW and I was approved in less than 10 minutes.  This time I spoke directly to UW and still nothing.  I'm going to say the extra time is for a denial to make sure the denial reasons are all good.
