Congrats.  Do you know if it was a SP CLI?

it is always a HP with USAA.  If the request is initiated by card holder.  But my 2 past CLI's have been well worth the inquiries.  Plus...i've become more numb to pulls on my report, i have a ton, and it has never brought a reason for denial for any request i've made.

Also perfect timing, they have a 4.9% balance transfer option that started yesterday
