Well after reading about a recent adventure of one our fico friends here at the forum, our very own UncleB and his first ( and highly successful 
) call to CS, I decided what the heck, let me see if i can get that cli ive been wanting on my Amazon account.
Seeing his joy and success i felt a sense of " I Can do this!!" come over me and came to the decision to try. Now another thought registered in my mind as well . Many here may know how crazy TU has been lately with the disappearing act of our beloved inquiries ,LoL . As of today mine were somewhere off in lala land so i said maybe this is the time to tempt fate , unlocked my report and called CS. was told they may need to access my report, said no problem as i waited a few. Came back and was APPROVED!!.
Now i was really looking for 6000 to match other ccs but asked for 8 just in case was my night. Couldnt give at moment but could give me 6!!. I'll take it. Only thing i do now is keep fingers crossed no HP. not sure if having no inqs on my report helped or if my profile alone got me the approval. I know its a risk for the HP but sometimes you gotta go with your gut.will update later if i receive a hp. For a data point last month called for 6 but not approved. Very happy my best to everyone and their credit goals!!
