I am so ready to come back.  These apps and approvals weren't fun...they were stressful.  It used to be like playing the slots at a casino:  just one more quarter.  Now I keep worrying about the additional inquiries and drop of AAoA!  I miss the garden.  I'll pick up some more beer, Pepsi, and tacos on my waySmiley Very Happy

You are so right.  I'm wondering if they get more information about spending habits by monitoring thier scorecard than by a single hard pull.  Either way, I'm glad to be out of toy limit time-outSmiley Very Happy  I'm glad you got a good limit, too!

Re: Itinerary: Back to the Garden

So Discover has been approving new cards on a soft pull if you use Scorecard?

I have absolutely no direct evidence of it but I was denied for the secured version just before I started using the Scorecard.  I noticed on my EQ credit report that I have been SP since then.  January I tried the prequal and was preapproved with the solid APR I got when I actually applied:  increased scores, no new accounts or HP.  I also read through all 100+ pages of the unOfficial Discover thread and anectdotally it seems that people with my range of scores with current toy limits on good accounts seem to be having good luck with approvals and SL.  I am certain that I might possibly be correct.
