Wow...that's awesome.    Congrats.    I wish I had that sort of luck on my HSN and VS credit card.    I haven't tried the phone however.   I always tried the luv button and received the 7-10 day message.   Both cards turn 6 months old this month so maybe I can get some luving finally.

each card is different.

VS will be 9 months no exceptions

HSN i have small luck through phone each month.
