On AMEX there's a card quiz link. I completed the 3 question quiz and a few cards came up, I clicked on the button to go back to the quiz and there was a sign up for offers link under card quiz. I clicked the link and entered my name and email address and a few minutes later I received preselected offers via email. Here's the link I used. I have been reading on creditboards that everyone does not get offers right away, but definitely give it a try.
