JetBlue approved on recon

Was expecting to be grilled because he spent awhile looking at my report, but can back and just asked one question. He came back with approved for 12k!

I know I've been instantly approved in the past, it showed up in my online account immediately. Since it was recon, would I have to wait for card and manually add it?

My experience is their analysts can be of the snarky type or seemingly so but the bosses make them that way.
