Yeah you probably have a temporary limit too. You may want to call and verify your identity so you don't end up doing it in store like I had to when I made my first purchase.

Congratulations on getting the Bloomingdale credit card!

After reading your post (and the responses to your post), I decided to give it a try!  Got the same message that my application was received, so I followed the suggestions listed and spoke to a credit analyst who asked me a couple of security questions...and now I'm apart of the Bloomingdale's credit card family!!!  I WAS SO HAPPY...I love Bloomingdales!

I, like many of you, am in the process of rebuilding my credit and this forum has HELPED ME BEYOND WORDS!!!

Congrats!  Bloomie is one of my favorite stores, thinking I will wait until the holiday season.  Opened many CL this past weekend and need to settle down now.  But now I know what to look out for when applying on line.  Thanks and again Congrats!
