I have my files on ice, even then, never gotten a HP for an increase. Although Cap One "reviews" my account every month with their soft pulls, maybe that's how they score?

The Macys rep said "The computer will tell me if this is a soft pull or a hard pull....annnnnd...it's a soft pull for you!"
