Kohls upgrade to VISA and CLI

So I got that email that they are going to upgrade my Kohls card to the new Kohls VISA last month. I was just checking Kohls tonight and log in to my account. I was surprised that my Credit Limit increase from 3k to now 7k. I can't even get an increase on my regular Capital One card so this was really nice.

Do you use it alot? Trying to figure out what's triggering this bc I've had 3k for a couple years now and no cli or upgrade lol.
