Recently (11/7 application) got approved for the Langley Signature Cash Back Visa. Looks to be $10k CL, but didn't know what to do next. So reached out via email after receiving additional information request email and upon replying was told to send in 2 income documents, which I did on 11/14. Haven't heard anything back from Langley since. It is a slow process? When might I expect completion of income verification and physically shipping of the new card?

Not used to the tortoise approach to card issuance.
