Legacy cc cli

What a nightmare. A pop up appeared when i logged in saying for a sp credit increase i had to answer a few questions. first question which had 2 boxes, taxable income and non taxable income. because i collect disability from ssdi and my union ireally dont pay taxes but i do file taxes each year. so i put zero in the taxable income box and my annual income in the non taxed box.

The next question was rent or own, i was in a pickle again because i own my manufactured home but pay lot rent .

needless to say when i hit the submit button i got the dreaded 7-10 day letter response.

Then i called them on the phone to tell them i file taxes but i usually dont owe anything.

i was lucky because the csr also lived in a manufactured home and knew exactly what i was talking about concerning the rent/own question.

she told me my new cl was 2000 , up from 1500.

i know 500 isnt much but it is in my rebuild.
