I recently had a flurry of activity in applications before my new loan hit my reports. As a result, I added some significant gains. Took inq's across all bureaus while reports showed very little debt. Added 132.7K as follows: EX - Gemini (22k), US Alliance (20k), Bloomingdale (2.5k) and Patel (2.5k). EQ - DCU (12.5k). Last but not least, TU - Superior (20k), Wells Fargo (22.5k), BMO (12.5k) and just today Tower FCU (18.2k). That's strategic planning and I love it. Scores took a major hit but still in the high 700's.

Thanks my friend. I'll be looking at waiting for your next conquest.
How many inquries did you have when you started? I am interested in the Wells Fargo and BMO cards so wonder how many inquiries you had when you apped for those?

I app'd for these two back to back. Wells Fargo first in which I had 13 inq's in the last two years prior to application, 9 of the 13 were in the last year. Contrarily, BMO was 14 inq's in the last two years prior to application, 10 of the 14 were in the last year.
