It depends. I've seen GECRB pull just one bureau, but other times they'll pull multiple bureaus.
Chase just pulled TU and EX this past week.
Not a credit card, but when I got my Toyota financing, their deal was that if one was 620+ on TU, they'd see if you were 650+ on EX, and then would pull EQ.
Thankfully my EQ met their criteria for the 0% financing, so I wasn't too upset about three HPs for one car loan.
I recently was approved and called next morning and got SP CLI from 1000 to requested 5000. They seem light on their inital approval and i just said I wanted more to make it any use to me. Quick and easy!

Usually TU if its a GECRB backed card which this one is.
