Lowes CLI Approved

Have had my Lowes for a year and a half now, am getting ready to do some remodeling of the house this summer and wanted to take advantage of longer term financing but didnt want the Fico hit for a nearly maxed out card. Contacted Synchrony by chat and asked for 10K (current limit was 2K) was approved in less than 60 seconds.

Current TU Fico is 779, 5% overal utilization on 3 cards. Have a great day everyone

But...should have asked for more. I've had my Lowe's card for exactly 1 month. It started out at $300, I asked for $6000 and got it. Then I put almost $3,000 for a new door. I called the other day, and asked for $15,000 and they gave me $12,000. My TU score is 685.

I haven't even made 1 single payment, and in 1 month time I got an extra $6,000 out of them, and now card is at $12000. I love Synchrony.

Congrats!!! of course you will hear you probably left money on the table, but hey if your happy with your CL (which is very nice) then hey that's all that matter, plus it gives you something to look forward to later when you return for more. Congrats!!!

Agreed.  With your TU score and minimal utilization Synchrony will give you whatever you want.  If you decide you want that $10k bumped to $35k or anywhere in between, don't be afraid to ask as you will get it.
