Call.
@Anonymous wrote:That's what i was thinking...what has been more success, chat or call?
Certainly call, and make sure you are calling the overseas Credit Solutions line not the domestic one. They actually take the time to try to get things approved, whereas the domestic CS and chat just seem to say "hold on, let me see what the computer says."
Agreed, call for best results
I appreciate the advice...can anyone please PM me their number?

No need to PM. It's not a private or unpublished backdoor. (877) 379-8173
Don't forget - they counter-offer. So feel free to ask for $25,000. (Or $24,321 if it helps you with the nostalgia for your SL.)
Well, before I even got the number you posted...thanks by the way.
i called the regular number, I just wanted to close it. Robot lady was having a hard time transferring me to a person. After the third time repeating “representative”, robot lady asked again, “How can we help you?”, I finally said, “CLI!!!” “Ok, I understand you want a credit line increase, is that correct?” Yeeeees! (Lol, she understood that!)
Anyways, to my surprise, I asked for $10k and robot lady gave me $10k. Guess I’ll be keeping it.
So weird, as if they knew I was going to call!!

That means you've left money on the table most likely. Go back in online and asked for $25k. lol
The system will counter offer when you've hit the ceiling.

Yep, and with the Lowes card they grant higher CLs because of the amount/type of purchases being made.
Good job!
Keep in mind that if you did that well with 'robo-lady' that you could likely get even more with Credit Solutions (if you need/want more).
Like @K-in-Boston mentioned, be sure to use the overseas number for best results!
10K is awesome congratulations! I feel a renewed respect for robot ladies now
