Macy's American Express

Hello!

I  was pre-qualified for the Macy's Amex and store card. I  applied and was told "We need more info to make a credit decision at this time." Then there was a phone number to call. I  closed the app before writing down the number. My questions are: 1) am I  most likely denied? and 2) how do I  find out who to call? Is it even worth it or do I  just take the loss at this point.

Call Macy's Credit Services' phone number. In all likelihood, they just have to verify identity. The Macy's Amex is well worth it, even if they start you out with a small limit. Treat the card right and the CL will grow quickly with SPs.

I  wanted to thank you. I called And was approved over the phone. It's a low SL but I know it will grow fast
