That's awesome, congrats @MyDataMyChoice ! Great to see Macy's offering a pre-qualification tool now. I tried it as well and got similar results: a $1,000 store card and $1,500 for the Amex version. I'll hold off for now, though. Macy's wasn't part of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2021, so it's nice to see Citi approving with a bankruptcy on file. I also tried with Home Depot, and after months of only getting a $500 pre-approval, I was recently pre-approved for $5,000, but I didn’t take it—just testing the waters for now.
