Macy's and Bloomingdales Credit back to the old days!

Helping a client yesterday and he had a Macy's at $1800 and Bloomingdales at $600 with $500 something balance.

I give him credit number which they still transferred to another department.

She confirms how much he wants, I told him to ask for $10k.

She sends a text with a code and then says the system will counter $8800 on Macy's.

I said, ask if she can do Bloomingdales too?

She says yes, he says I want to do the exact same thing then.

She types in the increase of $9400 to = the $10k and comes back instantly and says for this one it's countering $6600.

UMM YES!
