Macys AMEX CLI

I hardly used this card but when I do I always PIF.  Previous Limit was 4.3K and requested Credit Line Increase and asked for how much.  I put in 10K and once I hit submit a message pop up "Sorry we can't approve you for 14,300 credit limit but we can approve you for 11,800" (something like that) Of course I will click Select lol.  Approved for 11.8K
