Merrill Lynch Merrill+ Visa Signature Approval

I have been eyeing this card for several years now, and I can finally add it to my wallet. I decided to apply during my lunch break yesterday and got the approval this evening. I must say that this card is a pain in the rear to apply for these days. The phone representative had to put me on hold several times in order to locate the application in his system. Additionally, don't apply unless you can set aside at least 20-30 minutes to listen to all the terms and conditions during the application process. He kept asking if I had some kind of referral code or offer code, which I'm not even sure is offered to the public for this card.

Eventually, I was told that my application was under review, and that I would receive a response after X amount of days. I don't really remember the time frame because I knew I wasn't going to be waiting that long to find out, and because that seems to be the standard response from previous posts on this forum. They've removed a lot from the ML website in recent years, including the online application feature and the phone number to apply. I have a feeling that the ML cards will eventually be exclusive to Merrill Lynch clients, kinda like some of the JP Morgan cards to theirs. I just used the main BoA phone application line because I didn't feel like hunting down a Merrill Lynch phone number.

My TU score is around 770 with 12 inquiries in the past 2 years and a few new accounts, which probably contributed to the so-so limit of $7500. Utilization is around 8%. I recently received a BoA BBR card earlier this month as well.

The only interest rate for this card is 12.99%, and that is after the 0% promo period for 12 months. There are a number of perks with this card that I'll have to read over again when the accompanying materials come in the mail.

Thanks! There is no annual fee for the Merrill+ card, which is great because I believe it also has no FTF.

Foreign Transation Fee. It would be my only no AF card with no FTF... unless my Arrival has that as well. I cannot recall.

Sweet. Thanks for the quick response. It is definitely one of the best looking cards out there.

Without a doubt! The bull on the front of the card is also a nice bonus along with the features. Definitely my favorite "black card."

Wow this is super nice, congrats on the approval.

I do not see the link that you are able to apply online... or this is something that you need to apply over the phone?
