When you log into your account online, poke around and somewhere on that main page or in settings, possibly account profile, you will find a button that says "Request Credit Limit Increase". You can also call in. I get better results when I do it online. And you definitely don't get a HP by requesting multiple times a month. For awhile, I was requesting every four days.
