After yesterday's Navy approval I was headed back to the garden. Then my water heater went out. I know I said when I posted about the Navy card I would not apply for Home Depot. But Statements on my credit cards all close this week, and I knew utilization would be a big hit with a new water heater with current limits, so today, applied for a Home Depot Card. I was pre-approved and new minimal limit would be at least $500 and would give me a couple weeks to pay it off.  So pulled up my big girl panties and hit submit. 

BooM! $5000 CL My first grown up CL! So this time, for reals, headed to the garden happily.

They're both great cards. Home Depot and Lowe's both have good products, depending on your location and access to the store, sales, discounts, etc.

Thanks! Water heater was like 13 years old, and I was afraid to pay a plumber what they make on a weekend call, to come out and tell me I need to replace it
