I personally would wait .. and apply at 180 days.

Your chances would be a higher CL.

No one knows exactly , but I am guessing it is based on several factors,

Score/Internal score, Time with Navy, how much in direct deposits, CC useage and payments.

Probably what Navy look's at the most is "Debt to Income ratio".   JMO
