Hi everyone, I'm a lurker but had to post about this approval. My history with a Navy started April 2020. Applied for cash rewards the same day, approved for $1k. When 91/3 came, applied for Platinum and was approved for $4600. It was a lil disappointing as I was expecting the flood gates to open but I was satisfied with it. I requested a CLI on the cash rewards, which was approved to $3K.
I've passed the 91/3 mark for the Platinum last week. Wasn't in a rush to get a 3rd card as I had acquired about 2 new accounts since the 2nd card. I was also recently approved for $22k car loan which I may not use (changed my mind).
Well last night I figured why not try for the 3rd card to be complete and to FINALLY go to the garden and stay. Instantly approved for $20k! Super shocked!
