Popping in to share a new approval and update my signature. I originally joined NFCU when I started my credit card journey but never pulled the trigger because the cards weren't compelling for where I was at the time.
Today I decided to pull the trigger on the Flagship Rewards and got an approval for $7,200 which is a bit disappointing given some of the SL I've seen out there, but should be plenty good for my actual needs. Main things I were interested in were the credits for Amazon Prime annually (mine charges in April) and Global Entry.
They pulled TransUnion which was 801 prior to the app, I'm in Florida and income of $120k.
Sometime later this year I'll be going back in to see what sort of CLI I can get, I at least want a "round" number to work with!

You're in the door and get the perks you were after. Another three months you can get it raised again. Congratulations.
And there should be a rule against these xx,#00 limits.

Congrats, and agree you'll have plenty of upside on your CL with Navy.
I'd bet on your odds being good for an $8K CLI in 90 days, so keep us posted ![]()
Congrats. It's a noteworthy card.
They tossed two offers at me two months apart, 50k points and the free Amazon Prime subscription. I was almost going to sign up, but then I had an epiphany. There was something much better for me to use my hard inquiry on. NavyFed was good, but this was better.
But yes, had that not occurred, I'd be right there with you - for the free Prime. It's on the list still, but I still have things to do first.
Congrats on the approval. That card will grow fast. I wouldn't worry about your SL. Thanks for the datapoints as well.

Congratulations!
My experience is, I put the spend on it to make the sub and at 3 months, they did an auto cli of +$2000. Nice, but it locked me out from requesting a cli for another 6 months. Since then, they've approved a +$8000 cli request every 6 months, regardless of spend. Since they don't ask how much you want, there's no way to get rid of the x00.00 on my cl. Maybe if you call, I used the app.
You can actually turn off auto clis thru the chat with navy
then hit that Cli button for 8k every 181 days
Thanks @Snook_on_the_Line , good to know!
They have only given me that first auto cli, after I put $3500 spend through in 3 months. Since then, no auto cli, likely because I seldom go over $100 spend. Regardless, they've approved cli requests, I'm at $24,500 now.
Congrats on the approval!
