I went thru a lot since I apped for a Go Rewards with NFCU Sunday 11/20. I got a review, a denial, a recon, another pull and then nothing.........Woke up this morning about 4 AM checked email, again nothing from NFCU. Decided to log in to my online account to check messages and nothing. Checked app status, still shows declined. Decided to go back to accounts page and scrolled down and found a Go Rewards card with 0 balance. Checked it out and it showed a $14400.00 credit limit and 11.24 APR. Also showed last four digits of credit card number. I thought I would have gotten an email or an updated app status showing approval but hey I got the card and that is all that matters. I didn't get a monster limit nor the lowest APR but I got my foot in the door and that is good enough for me. I won't use more than the SL they gave me anyway so I'm good. The APR isn't a deal breaker since I try not to carry a balance and if I do it will not be over two or three months.
They snuck one in on me. I feel better now. At least I have something to work with and hopefully can make it my go to card in the future.
