It had been 9 months since I pulled out my NFCU cashRewards with a $500 SL, it's now at $1,500 and I anticipate being able to make that $4,500 in April. I decided to do a small direct deposit into my NFCU account last month and another will post soon this month, to see if that would help on a second approval because at the 6 month mark I was denied for an additional card.
I went for the Go Rewards because I wanted a Visa Signature with a higher limit and majority of my spend is at restaurants, I received the 24-48 hour message this morning. When I was approved for the cash rewards I had received the same message so I had hopes that it would come with another approval, it did 8 hours later for $9,500 SL at 18% (max APR but I don't carry balances)
Since I already had a TU HP I decided to app for the Venmo card for the 6x on top category for the promo period, required an ID verification and was approved shortly after for $1,000 SL. Limit is underwhelming but we'll see how Sync decides to treat me with some spend on it.
Lastly, I did the pre-qual for PenFed and it came back with $7,500, received 24-48 hour message but it was only about 30 minutes prior to this post so I'll update with outcome. Last time I applied through the pre-qual it was $10k and an instant denial, I'm hoping this has a better outcome. Figured I might as well try for a triple play since I'm already taking the account age hit.
$9,500 is my highest SL to date and also the highest individual limit I have on personal cards, looking forward to the $8k bump in 91 days as well.

Thanks everyone, needed something to keep me busy for 2024 because I'm LOL/24 inquiries with 7 new accounts in 2023 plus an auto lease
Now the year will be spent growing the cash Rewards and Go Rewards to combine into a Flagship Rewards next year until I fall under 5/24 finally in 2025
