Navy Amex CLI

Reached my 91/3 (4th statement actually) today and I requested an increase from my meager $500 limit to $2,500. Navy bumped me to $1,500, which I anticiapted if approved. Now I sit at $3,500 total credit lines with Navy, $1,500 with Disco and $500 with Cap1. My rebuild has gone great! From no credit last April when I began, to having $5,500 in total available credit and no debt. We started our homebuying process recently and all of this hard work is paying off. 

For my next CLI, I'll have to wait 181 days from today? 

Also, back in December, my nrewards graduated and I got bumped to $2,000. Navy denied a CLI request because I'd recently been given an increase (the card being unsecured). Same question, wait 181 days for a request on that too?
