I've heard nothing but good things about them and am joining tomorrow! My Dad is retired Army and does not have a Navy Fed account, so I have to go into the branch to open an account.
Planning on starting off with a checking and savings with them (I have a 583 now), as I'm in the credit rebuild process, but would like to get a card. Should I try my luck and apply for a the CashRewards card as well, or just sit tight for a little bit while I pay off my balances on other cards?
I know this might not be the appropriate forum to ask his, but any advice is appreciated!
I would suggest trying. I think they counter with secured if denied. Some have had recon success aswell. Good luck and keep us posted!
