This is the second auto increase I have received on my Platinum card with Navy Federal. I have been carrying a balance and paying it down each month but have not used the card otherwise. I have never requested a increase on this accoun; they just keep increasing it automatically. I got the first auto increase notice on my 4th statement and this increase notice 5 statements later. This time I received a 4k auto increase bringing my total line to 21k. So in 9 statements I've had 2 increases, which I didn't even think was possible, so I just wanted to share this data point for anyone that may be interested. Woo hoo!!! 🎉
Very nice, congratulations on your CLI and new limit!
Congrats! Maybe there is some hope I will be able to get an increase as well, in that case.

Congratulations nice going have fun.
Well done in managing your payments.
Navy Federal is very fair how they treat their cardholders. Last year I missed a minimum payment by two days and then paid the account in full before the monthly statement generated. Any other bank would have charged interest on the past month but navy federal did not charge trailing interest when the account was paid in full by the time the statement generated. I generally always pay in full each month, just missed the payment due date by two days. I had had a $10k balance on the previous month's statement so I was expecting a big interest charge for my imbicilityon missing the due date by two days.
That's great! Feeling the love from them
- congrats on your CLI.
