Wow, that's a fantastic Flagship approval. Navy is known to open the vault on the 2nd card, me as well lol.
The CLIs can take up to 4-5 days but usually 2 at most it seems.
Navy won't notify you of the increase, you'll need to check your available credit on the app or website.
