After looking at your scores (I assume they are all F8s) it's no wonder

that Navy Fed gave you a 5.99% APR. That's the lowest rate I've seen

@SFLSpotter9210  Navy has definitely been nice to me... I was more excited about the apr. Scores are all FICO 8's I don't remember my 9's but either way it's been a long journey to get where I'm at! As long as work keeps plugging along I'll be happy!
