Finally got them to bump me again to $6300
Started at $700 a little over a year ago. I'd use and PIF but every time I try for a CLI, they'd tell me hell no!!! By the 6/7th try, they bumped me to $2100.
TODAY I saw another poster CLI success and decided to try and I have a $680 balance....I'm happy, more shoes lol.
Update 4-24-16: Increased to $6300
Update 6-9-16: Increased to $12,000
Update 7-12-16: Increased to :14,500
UPDATE 8-10-16: Well today I asked for $25K and they gave me 
$25,000 (a CLI of $10,500). I love NM

Not really @ Paperchasers. Your earnings really depends on your spend level. You get to earn 2 pts for every dollar you spend. Once you reach 10K pts, NM will send you a $100 GC. They do have some good promotions that can easily help you rack up points. However, the more you spend the better your rewards lol.

Just called NM and got another CLI to $12K.
For the first year I was STUCK @$700 and all attempts were DENIED. After that one year mark, the CLI flood gates have been opened
