There's a glimmer of hope for a cli. I received my cli denial letter which states insufficient experience at present credit limit. This might just be the system override for a new account, but I can dream

Some interesting feedback.. I applied and was declined with the same 7-10 message a couple others mentioned earlier in this thread.. I called the toll free number and the first thing the lady told me was she asked if I got a reference number or not.. she said reference means its conditionally approved but needs verification. I didn't get a reference number but I noticed someone else earlier did... just a heads up. My scores today were 610/640/644.. I shouldnt have applied... sigh... wasted inquiry. I need to be way way way more patient.
My exposure with Synchrony right now is $4000 of $11,500 (34%) so I figured what the heck.. I'll try.

You tried CLI once you recieved the card??
I waited for a long time. I decided to apply after I read CA approval. I don't know the limit yet.
