I am a long time lurker here and have applied so much information from you guys into my life and credit rebuild. Started the beginning of the year in March at a 540 score and as of today my scores are EX 710, EQ 730, TU 760! Well doing some lurking I saw all the success people were having with NFCU so I applied for a memebership on 10/1, through a family member and was instantly approved for it. Decided to app for the More rewards Amex card at the same time and was instantly approved for the $3k SL. Got the card on the 10/7, and started using it for a couple purchases. So fast forward to 10/11, I read this post.

Decided with a, "what the heck, why not?!?" Sent a message on the app asking for recon on my only NFCU card's limit.
Well this morning I woke up to a message back from them stating that, they not only reconned it, they gave me 7.5X's the limit! From $3K starting to $23,100 @ 9.95!
Again first card with them and it's only been 11 days!

Hello, I was recently approved for the More Rewards Amex with a credit limit of $3,000. How can I get this limit reconsidered for a limit increase of $7,000? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards,
