Maybe I'm overlooking the "chat" button on their credit card site. I've only ever seen a contact us button that says they will respond within 48 hours. Is the chat option a pop up feature? I was prequalified for a store card a few months back but received a low limit. I shop there regularly and previously was spending roughly 1K each purchase with my debit card or AMEX/Capital One cards. Unfortunately they only gave me a 300 CL and it's limited how much I spend (maybe that's a good thing lol). However, I'm not having any luck via the luv button, because of limited credit usage on the card. Aargh.

Congrats, ddemari! I wonder if anyone is able to use that chat feature for obtaining limits higher that $10-$12K? Seems all of the high limits are achieved via phone call to CS.

For Synchrony cards, the chat button appears on the main account summary page.  From my experience, it only appears during normal business hours (I don't think they have 24 hour chat), and sometimes it doesn't show up maybe because they are too busy to handle more chats.
