On a roll with USAA Rewards

Well, I fell out of the garden hard when I decided the no annual fee and 30k rewards for the Wells Fargo Propel was worth it, and this morning USAA sent me a 20k bonus offer for a USAA Rewards AMEX.  So I pulled the trigger and much to my surprise I was approved for a 20k CL.  I was surprised, because it's my biggest CL currently, and I don't have much of a relationship with them other than the online account.  I just figure the 20k bonus points for a measly $500 spend is well worth the small hit I'll take.  It kind of feels right to have an official relationship with them now too.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out!  They are a solid company, and I am glad to finally have an "in" with them.

Regarding the spend, I know, right?  I think that's what hooked me.  I'm close to finishing my $3,000 spend for the Propel, and this will just take a couple of weeks even if I don't buy that shed I have my eye on at Lowes.
